Professor, Mindful: Centre for Training and Research in Developmental Health, The University of Melbourne

Sophie Havighurst is a clinical psychologist and researcher, best known for her work in child development, parenting interventions, and emotion coaching. She is the co-developer of the "Tuning in to Kids" program, which focuses on helping parents and caregivers understand and respond to children’s emotions in supportive ways. Sophie has experience in training professionals globally and brings evidence-based strategies to enhance emotional intelligence and positive relationships in families.
